The assignment utilized and referred to provide comprehensive Engineering Consultancy Services including preparation of Plans, architectural and structural, Electro mechanical Designs, Interior Designs, Estimates of Cost, Tender Document etc.. for Emergency Department as a separate building replacing the existing ED in Shifa Complex, Gaza city, The area of ED is to be the optimum area of one underground floor, obtained in the front yard after the deduction access roads.
