Impact Evaluation of 25,000 Households for the Social Safety Net Reform Project (SSNRP) and GFCP

The objective of the evaluation is to measure the impact of the Food Crisis Grant (one-time $US 200 payment for 25,000 beneficiaries) on the food consumption of the beneficiaries of the grant, e.g. use of the Grant for the purchase of food items, changes in the levels, variety and quality of consumed food through a survey instrument designed by the consultant according to TOR and client comments and to illustrate the impact of this grant regarding beneficiaries and non beneficiaries of the same conditions.
