Needs Assessment and Development of Work Procedures for the Goods Coordinating Committee and Private Sector Coordination Council

The main objective of this assignment was to provide technical assistance and support to the for the Goods Coordinating Committee and Private Sector Coordination Council through defining the required needs assessment. The main objective can be achieved by the following sub-objectives :

• Assessment of current work mechanism, and specifying the needs for exportation process for all concerned parties and the prioritization based on products/sectors.
• Preparation of proposed work plan to help the committee in the management of exportation process.
• Preparation of flow/organizational chart for the Goods Coordinating Committee and Private Sector Coordination Council and their relative responsibilities.
