Needs Assessment and Preparation of Technical Assistance Plans for NGOs in Gaza Strip

The objective of this assignment is to use the Organizational Capacity Assessment Tool (OCAT) tool to assess the selected 20 NGOs’ capacity building needs in terms of compliance with the Code of Conduct. And determine the required intervention plans that will focus on issues of organizational development to enable NGOs to meet the standards of Good NGO Governance prescribed by the Code, promote financial transparency and advising on a way to implement the results of the assessment.
