Situation Analysis – Evaluation and Re-Organization Study of the West Bank Offices

This study aimed at helping the IR Gaza Office to

• Evaluate the performance of its offices and employees in the WB,
• To decide whether to expand them or to close one or more offices,
• To decide whether to expand and /or improve its services,
• To evaluate the administrative competences of the employees at each office, and develop a proposal for new organizational structure, and
• To identify the relationship of the WB offices with Gaza office.
