Strategic Plan for Qatar Charity in Palestine 2007-2011

The study included the following:

• Assessment of economic conditions in Palestine
• Assessment of several sectors (health, education, higher education, industry, agriculture, employment, infrastructure projects, etc.)
• Developing the vision and mission of Qatar Charity program
• Developing the strategic directions, policies and actions.
• Propose the budget and distribution among actions (projects)
• Propose the implementation and management of the program.
