Closure Design & Post-Closure Plan for Deir Al Balah Sanitary Landfill

The objectives of this consultancy services of conducting “Closure Design & Post-Closure Plan for Deir El-Balah Sanitary Landfill” are to provide the Municipal Development and Lending Fund – Project Development and Safeguards Unit (MDLF-PDSU) and the Joint Service Council in Khan Younis Rafah and Middle Governorates (JSC-KRM) with:

• Closure detailed design for Deir Al Balah Sanitary Landfill,
• Post-closure management plan for Deir Al Balah Sanitary Landfill,
• The scope of work is divided into four main tasks as follows:
• Task 1: Desk Review and Field Investigation;
• Task 2: Preliminary Closure Plans & Associated Cost Estimates;
• Task 3: Post-Closure Management Plans;
• Task 4: Environmental and Social Management Plan;
• Task 5: Preparation of the Final Detailed Design and Biddings Documents.
