The assignment aimed to provide consultancy services to directly supervise the implementation process of the project “Establishing of a HH Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani Rehabilitation and Prosthetics Hospital,” located in the north side of Gaza City.
The project’s total area was 12,000 m² included the construction of the main building, which comprised a basement floor and five storeys with a total area of nearly 2,700 m², as well as a service building with a ground floor of 330 m². Additionally, the project included an underground water tank with a total capacity of 170 m³, rooms for guards, gates, and an external wall. Furthermore, the landscape works included a waterfall, a stream, seating areas, a theatre, roads, and walkways.
